Cocktail

BAD LIKE YAZ WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

• 1 oz gin
• 0.5 oz St-Germain
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz lime cordial
• 4-5 oz The Great Jamaican Spicy Pineapple
• 1 mint sprig (for garnish)
• Lime chip (for garnish)
  

Add all the ingredients except for the Spicy Pineapple in a collins or highball glass and fill with ice. Stir with a spoon to mix all the ingredients. Add the Spicy Pineapple while stirring to make the cocktail froth. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime chip.
