BONFIRE WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

BONFIRE WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

  • 1 oz agricultural Rum
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 1 dash Tabasco Original
  • 3-4 oz The Great Jamaican Spicy Pineapple
  • Lime chip (for garnish)
  • Hot pepper (for garnish)

Preparation:

In a shaker filled with ice, mix well all the ingredients except for the Spicy Pineapple. Filter in an old fashioned or lowball glass filled with ice and add the Spicy Pineapple. Garnish with lime chip and a hot pepper (for the more adventurous).
