DIRTY SOMBRERO WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.75 lime juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 grenadine
  • 3 oz The Great Jamaican Spicy Pineapple
  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • Orange chip (for garnish)
  • Lime chip (for garnish)

In a shaker filled with ice, mix well all the ingredients except for the grenadine, Spicy Pineapple and Angostura. Strain into a collins or highball glass filled with ice and top with Spicy Pineapple. Gently pour the grenadine so that it settles to the bottom of the glass and add the Angostura on top of the cocktail. Garnish and serve!
