GREEN GOBLET WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 oz. 3/4 oz. Honey Sour Syrup
  • 3 oz. pandan juice*
  • 3 oz. The Great Jamaican Spicy Pineapple
    Rim mix : salt, sugar, hot chili or harissa

In a Magic Bullet type blender, blend ice cubes, mint, Honey Sour Syrup and the pandan juice. Moisten the rim of a goblet and press it in the rim mix. Pour the contents of the blender into the goblet and top with Spicy Pineapple.

*Pandan juice : Boil 1L of water and add pandan leaves. Simmer for 45 min. Filtre the liquid using a strainer. Can be added to an equivalent amount of sugar for a pandan syrup that keeps for 7-10 days.
