QUEBEC SOUR WITH SPICY GINGER BEER

QUEBEC SOUR WITH SPICY GINGER BEER

  • 1 ½ oz maple whisky liqueur SAP56
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz maple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz The Great Jamaican Spicy Ginger Beer
  • 1 ½ oz red wine
  • Ice

Fill a high ball glass with ice cubes to half and add the maple whisky liqueur SAP56, the lime juice, the maple syrup and the red wine. Stir with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with more ice cubes and top with The Great Jamaican Spicy Ginger Beer.
