RAMOS PISCO FIZZ WITH BITTER LEMON

  • 1.5 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz lime cordial
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 2 drops orange blossom water
  • 3-4 oz The Great Jamaican Bitter Lemon
  • Lime zest (for garnish)

In a shaker filled with ice, stir well all the ingredients except for the Bitter Lemon. It is important to stir until you get a nice thick froth. Filter in a collins or highball glass filled with ice and add the Bitter Lemon. Grate lime zest onto the froth and add a reusable straw; if it stays upright, your froth is perfect!
