RASTA FIZZ WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE

  • 1.5 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz coconut syrup
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3-4 oz The Great Jamaican Spicy Pineapple
  • Pineapple chip (for garnish)
  • Pineapple leaf (for garnish)

In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except for the Spicy Pineapple and mix well. Strain in a collins or highball glass filled with ice and add the Spicy Pineapple. Garnish with a pineapple chip and leaf.
